The objective of SimCity, as the name of the game suggests, is to build and design a city. The player can mark land as being zoned as commercial, industrial, or residential, add buildings, change the tax rate, build a power grid, build transportation systems and many other actions, in order to enhance the city.

Also, the player may face disasters: flooding, tornadoes, fires, riots, earthquakes, etc. Later disasters included lightning strikes, volcanoes, meteors and attack by extra-terrestrial craft.

Description:

ArtMoney actually allows you to change any quantity specified in a game, whether it be dollars, bullets, swords, or health points. The program finds a hex address based on the input parameters you set and prints these addresses with their corresponding values. For example, if your character has 1,431 dollars, ArtMoney searches and displays all memory addresses containing the value of 1431. Of course, as there can be hundreds of memory addresses displayed after a simple search, you will need to sieve this addresses.

Directions for ArtMoney cheat:

Open game. Start a level, pause game. Write down or remember the dollar amount in the game you have. Minimize game, open ArtMoney. Select the SimCity 4 process, and click search. Type the dollar amount into the box, and hit search. A long list may appear. Now maximize SimCity 4. Start the time back up, until the dollar amount changes. Pause again. Write or remember the dollar amount. Minimize the game. Now click “Sieve”, and type in the new dollar amount. About 3 numbers should be left in the lefthand column. Push the green arrow button to move these to the right. Now change the dollar amount to whatever you wish, for SimCity – up to $999,999,999 – with no commas or dollar sign. Now you can close ArtMoney, remaximize SimCity, unpause the game, and in a few seconds the dollar amount will change to the amount you just typed in! It seems complicated but it gets easier and faster once you’ve done it a few times.

The Building Architect Tool is actually a suite of tools. It includes the Building Architect gamepack for gmax™, the Plug-in Manager, and an updated version of the Lot Editor.

The roles of the three separate tools can be summed up as follows: The Building Architect enables you to create models in a 3D environment and export SimCity 4 Deluxe game ready content. The Plug-in Manager enables you to create plug-ins for the game and modify the simulation properties for those plug-ins. It is with this tool that you can define a model as a house, a prop or even (but not limited to) a landmark. The Lot Editor enables you to place your new plug-ins on lots and get them into the game.
