Empire Total War Freeze-crash Fix

Instructions:
Go to your install folder for Empire. Delete everything but the folders and installscript.vdf ( I don’t know if you can delete it or not, I didn’t so don’t).

Extract the file, copy over everything and override everything. Double click the Loader.exe and it will launch the game and you won’t experience freezing or crashing. This is how you start the game for now on. I tested this on Vista 64 and it’s been working so far. To fix the missing sounds, please go to:

Edit: Also delete the campaign folder and campaign_maps folder aswell. before you overrwrite them with the crashfix.
